Return and Exchange Policy
Celebrity Kids allows returns provided that return requests are made within fourteen days from the date of order confirmation and that you follow the instructions below.
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all Original tags attached. Celebrity Kids has the right to refuse return of any merchandise that Celebrity Kids determines does not meet these requirements. Sale items, jewelry, sunglasses, lingerie and swimwear are not returnable and all sales of this merchandise are Final.
Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable and you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise.
At the time of return, you may specify your preference for (I) receive a credit in your original form of payment, (ii) exchanging the returned merchandise or (iii) receiving the amount of the credit (less shipping and handling) in the form of a gift card.
All exchanges are subject to availability of the item requested in the exchange and are subject to your payment of any cost for the item as well as any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.
Gifts may be exchanged for an item of the same value or in item of greater value; provided you pay any cost difference as well as any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.
The following items are non-refundable:
• clearence items
• Sale items
• Special order items
• Personalized items
• Bathing suits
• Bath products (lotions, shampoos, brushes, etc).
How to return an Item
E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization number (RA#) please is aware that the issuance of RA # does not guarantee that the merchandise will be accepted for return or that the charge for the merchandise will automatically be credited back to your credit card. You will be notified of acceptance once the merchandise has been returned and inspected by Celebrity Kids.
Please print out the email containing the RA# and include that with your full name, address, phone number, email address and reason for the return along with the returned merchandise.
Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, insured, and must be received by Celebrity Kids within seven days of receipt or RA#. Merchandise must be sent to the following address:

Celebrity Kids Inc. recommends shipping return merchandise via UPS or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. Celebrity Kids Inc. does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages that are sent Cash/Check on delivery (COD)
** Please note that RA# must be legibly written on the outside of the package to ensure proper and timely handling of the return. Returned merchandise will not be processed nor will any refunds be made without RA #.
Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, Celebrity Kids Inc. will send you an email regarding the receipt of the package.
If your return request is approved, unless a gift certificate or exchange is requested, all refunds will be made in the method or original payment. Sipping and handling charges and import duties are not refundable.
