Shipping
All merchandise is shipped by UPS. The cost of shipping is determined as follows:
- Ground $10.00 (5-10 Business days)
- 2 day $15.00 (2 Business days)
- Next day $30.00 (Overnight) if ordered by 1pm EST on the previous day, not including weekends or Holidays.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm EST will begin processing that day, excluding holiday and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1pm EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm EST will begin processing on the following Monday. Celebrity Kids will contact you with a follow-up e-mail if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability.
- We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
- Delivery time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
- If an Item is out of stock, you will be notified by Celebrity Kids via e-mail that the item cannot be shipped and you will not be charged for that item.
- Free shipping promotion does not include international shipping.
